Please note that there is an option in Tortiise SVN to show overlays only in Windows Explorer.
This option is off by default but someone could turn it on by mistake and get the problem listed above. ...

NuspherePhpED 5.9.5 Build 5966

In the forum only speak about problems on 64bits
