Did not turn on notifications, so I see your reply just now.
I'm running 6.1 and the .git folder is visible. It's a project that was started under 5.9 though. Do I need to reinitialize?

When opening my projects, the .git folder of the project gets scanned which might take some time. Is there a way to have the editor not scan it, just to save that time? As a side effect it would also ...
