I have some big projects, that have a lot of php files and html templates.

Very often i need to find some files with exact text. But, if i mount sftp in PhpED function "search in files" disabled. So i must download all files to local computer and then search in local files.

Anyone want this function?

Would be great function. It could save so much time.

would be nice - though technically the files have to be downloaded either to search them.

you can use WebDrive or ExpanDrive to map sftp account to local drive letter, then search in files as if they were on local computer.
Certainly, the files will be downloaded anyway.
