it would be great if the right mouseclick pastes the content of clipboard in terminal sessions, like putty does.

some people used to use mid- or wheel- click to do this and it's supported.

and what about selecting multiple rows? it inserts an break and ">" at the beginning of each row.

Regarding ">", I don't know what you mean. It does not insert things that you server didn't send through the terminal channel. If you get ">", it means your server send this symbol. If you're absolutely sure it didn't, contact support and provide all the details.
