Is it possible to rename phpdock.exe to anyprogram.exe that will run after encoding with a license in use?

Yes. You can rename it, as well as its ini and license file.

For other idiots like me - you need to change all 3 files together, not just one

phpdock.exe
phpdock.ini
phpdock.lic

To

any_file_name.exe
any_file_name.ini
any_file_name.lic

Then it runs fine.
