"Recent Files" specific to Workspace

Store Recent Files by Workspace:

As you change workspaces the Recent Files will reflect recent files opened only within that workspace.

Would be very useful for people who use their workspaces to organize different clients/projects groups.

This is a nice idea.

I'd prefer it per project but per worspace would be improvement over the current system.
