I received an email from NuSphere today entitled "Following up on your PhpED evaluation".

First of all, my appologies for mistakes in the email you received. Looks somebody incorrectly updated robot's stuff. We do not offer additional licenses for $50. It was stopped almost half a year ago.

Support for Advantage customers provided both by email and through this forum. In first case they get prioritized support. It does not mean that others do not get support at all. Look at this forum. More than half are posts from our customers. Email-based support is provided too but according to the order we receive them while Advantage's requests are processed first, anyway.
If you buy PhpED for Windows, you get access to PHPED for Windows. If you bue PhpED for Linux, you get access to PHPED for Linux. They are separated products. If you need both, contact sales for appropriate discount.
Right. Advantage licenses should be considered as subscription to all our releases of purchased product for the specified period and this period may be prolonged. Regarding regular licensee, they can get all updates for the purchased version for free. All major releases won't be available to them until they purchase upgrade. |
