Info: Extended CHM Format for PHP Documentation.

As we know, there are 2 types of PHP documentation: Basic and Extended. The extended version includes user notes. Sometimes those notes provide some indispensible tips. It would be nice if Nusphere can provide the Extended CHM format (with notes) into Nusphere latest version (so we don't need to download and open it separately).

I support this request. Right now, the PHP manual included with PhpED is outdated (I suspect it is for PHP 5.0). The latest version with comments would be most welcome.

An alternate/complementary idea would be to directly link to the php.net/<func_name> page for documented functions. That would ensure up-to-date documentation and provide comments at the same time w/o an update cycle of CHM files.

Granted that's an on-line only solution, so YMMV.
