Pressing A Character Key Searches All Files In Workspace

Hi All,

I am constantly working with large workspaces consisting of many projects. If I am in a subdirectory of .php files, and quickly wish to locate the dealerassets_update.php (hypothetically) and my current file selection is below this file, when i type 'dea' (to quickly jump to that file), phped will ignore all the files previous to my mouse selection and search down the entire workspace for the next file that begins with 'dea'. This is kind of counter intuitive as many people who i have talked to about this - including myself - feel that it should simply search the directory you are in for the files not matter which file is selected and not the entire workspace. The reason being, if i search for a file which my mouse isn't in the correct position - it will search all projects in my workspace and if there are multiple of hundreds of files (including images), it actually locked up phped until the search is complete.

Is there an option i have missed to disable this functionality and revert to functionality similar to 'windows explorer' - ie, find files in that directory only. A simple thing I know but when it happens about 5 times a day it can get a little frustrating!

Thanks!

Matt
