Predefined Constants/Classes

I noticed the code insight doesn't pick up PHP's predefined constants (http://www.php.net/manual/en/reserved.constants.php) and the predefined directory class object (http://www.php.net/manual/en/reserved.classes.php)? Is this a known issue and if not can I request it to feature in an upcoming version?
