What is the current position with writing plugins for phpED? The only thing I can find is this

writing-own-plugins-t1275.html?highlight=plugins

I'd know plugins systems are tricky at the best of times, but if an API exists, then I suggest it'd be good for Nusphere to make these details public with examples - it could only help improve its popularity (especially if there was an official section on the Nusphere website).

Are details still only available from support?

We're going to move in this direction soon.
Probably, the API will be published with version PHPED 4.1 or so.
