Will users of v3.3x get a free upgrade to v4?

I purchased 2 licenses for v3.3.x only 2 weeks ago.

Excellent - I've been told end of June but I took it with a pinch of salt. Glad to see this is being widely discussed. I was told that buyers a few weeks before 4.0 would get a free update but I was never told when exactly this would kick in. If it has now kicked in, I'll be looking to buy ASAP.

Is there an exact date yet?

I purchased my v3.3 license on 5/29/05. Sales said

For me, the discount is the same as if I'd purchased a year ago. Grumble! Hope you do better ...

Seriously, there's some nice stuff in there. I'm interested in seeing how PDO shapes up.
