PhpED IDE 3.3.1 - Checksum mismatch on install (Win98)

Install of PhpED goes ok, but when PhpED is launched a message box reports "PHPED.EXE checksum mismatched. Please reinstall the product". Reinstalling PHPED.EXE does not fix the problem. Installing on Win98SE. Any ideas?

It's a problem replicated in phped builds 3358 and 3356 under Windows 95/98/ME platforms. Fix is available with build 3359. Please contact support.
