I am running Windows Vista Home Premium x64, PhpED 5.2 and Tortoise.

In Windows Explorer, when I right click a file, all the SVN options are there. Inside PhpED, the shell menu is completely different.

Any ideas why?

Here are screenshots

This question was already answered by me in another thread (but I'll do it again Wink ).
PhpED is a 32 bit application. If you want to use TortoiseSVN shell integration in a 32 bit application you need to install the x86 version (32bit) of TortoiseSVN.
You probably installed the x64 version only, which only integrates TSVN in 64 bit applications Smile
