I'm evaluating phpED 5.0 for my project and I noticed that the Code Explorer doesn't refreshed automatically when I changed souce codes.

For example, I have 3 PHP scripts opened in the editor, let's say (source1.php, source2.php, source3.php), and currently viewing source1.php with variables and functions in the code. If I looked at the Code Explorer for the first time, it will show me the variables and functions on source1.php. Now, if I changed the view to look at source2.php or source3.php, the Code Explorer didn't refreshed for those other scripts, eventhough I clicked on the "Refresh" on the Code Explorer.

What mode did you set for Code Explorer?
It is not supposed to change anything upon current file switch until you set "single file" mode. When this mode is not set (the default), it is in one of the "project-wide" modes and shows all things for all files in the project.
