I am trying to get the debugger to work with PHPEclipse. I have tried this both locally and remotely and I get the same error both ways. I am using the newest version of WinLAMP. I have gone in and put all the information in the php.ini and httpd.conf and everything is running good except for the debugger. When I load it up in Eclipse it gives me this error:

I couldnt figure it out. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
