Maybe I am missing something (I'm sure I am)
During the installation process (using both custom with selecting phpDocumentor and full full installation with it pre-selected) it shows that i am installing phpDocumentor.
However, nowhere in the IDE do i see how to access/utilize the tool.

I am assuming that there is additional setup needed @ the project level or something to utilize it? or a separate install process for it somehow that i am overlooking?

I apologize if this is something basic that should be self explanitory, I have never used phpDocumentor before and am interested in using it since it is already (supposedly?) part of the PhpEd integration, and I have heard great things about it.

In PhpED, you have to right-click on your project and choose "Properties", then "Custom". Choose a directory for "phpdoc_target_dir" and click "OK". Now you can right-click on the project again and choose "PHP Documentor".

If you want to change the way phpDocumentor is integrated into PhpED, choose "Tools > Settings > Tools > Integration". There you'll find the entry for "PHP Documentor". phpDocumentor is a PHP script by itself. Take a look at the tutorial to see how it is used.
