I have phped build 3332 / windows xp. When I browse to certain lines of my perl code the UI turns unresponsive, maxes out my cpu for about 10 seconds and then exists without any error messages.

On one script i have narrowed the line to

$TranslatedString=~s/\r\n/`/g;

Whenever I get to that line, the above condition results. If I remove the line, the program does just fine.

Ideas?

if you are a customer, please upgrade to 3.3.3 (build 3397) which is available for free in this case.
