<?PHP at begining of files

hi,

even with the setting on to accept short tags of <? ?> the first php tag in a file still needs to be <?PHP which is a little confusing.

New files are created from the template files in C:\Program Files\Nusphere\PhpED\templates folder. Simply edit the relevant PHP template, and you will be good to go Wink
