Is it only whilst debugging you have the performance issue? I thought you indicated it was also whilst just editing.

If it is just when debugging, try disabling the locals and globals panels to see if performance improves. I realise you will not be able to debug fully with those disabled, but it might show if variables are the issue.

Yes, I'm having issues while editing, too. This seems to be related to code completion: if I set code completion to "Limit scope to includes" performance is "normal", but without that setting typing any text gets slow. Longer delay seems to help there.
