It only shows the local computer indeed. Easiest way to open network files is by just adding a mapped network drive, that's how I do it.

btw, unc directories are supported, so you can type like below:
\\10.0.0.5\sharename\ where 10.0.0.5 - is your server IP (faster) or hostname (a bit slower) |
