fopen() wrappers are not required for SOAP and in particualar for nuSoap.
You may want to make sure that server's outbound connections are allowed on remote TCP/80 port. Check firewall settings. As a proof that it is configured properly, you may try wget on the server or something that can use HTTP. |

check your httpd.conf file
look at the virtual host ServerAlias and change myserver to cms.myhost.com I had an issue running a nuSOAP from a sub-domain service and that did the trick, Cheers, |
