New Install - php4apache2.dll can't load

Win 98se 4.6 install using default httpd.conf
Get a - Failed to start apache "%s%" message box on launch
When starting from command line I get this message:
Syntax error on line 179 of C:/NuSphere/TechPlat/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load C:/NuSphere/TechPlat/apache/php/php4apache2.dll into server: One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found.

I searched for ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll then removed the extra copies.

Any suggestions?

please try to create bat file with following content

PATH=C:\NuSphere\TechPlat\apache\php;%PATH%
C:\NuSphere\TechPlat\apache\bin\apache.exe

and try to run it.
If it runs okay, please add C:\NuSphere\TechPlat\apache\php to the system environment variable PATH and reboot.
