Navigation with Alt + Cursor

Aloha,

with Alt + left|right cursor one might switch through open tabs. But this stops if one of this tabs is a help-tab. To switch back to my code-tab I have to use the mouse or the Window-menu in the menu bar.
bug or feature?

it is IE browser eats those keys.
Hence the same behaviour will be with Output window and WebSearch Results window.
