MySqlAdmin problem

hi
i install joomla and some of installing steps(here http://www.nusphere.com/kb/php_joomla/part3.htm?) is Settings->open Url and ther insert http://localhost/phpmyadmin type,but page don`t found.I`m newer in NuSphere and maybe my projects settings not correct.

Can anybory help me?
