Hi, I'm working with phpED for first time, and have ensured that one php app was able to update one of my mysql tables.

But in order to use the Form Wizard, I must define an mySql account. I do not know what db server id (or url) to specify.

I am not a heavy duty techie. Can anyone help me here?

Thanks a lot.

Apparently the port is 3306 .. found that in the mysql / samp my.ini file.

Thanks for reading. Smile

you only need to enter hostname or ip address of the machine where you run mysql server.
In case of local mysql, just enter localhost or 127.0.0.1.

regarding port, it should be left 3306 as it's the default value for mysql.
