Have the ability to detach certain 'views' (i.e. locals window, watch, errors, etc...) to a separate window that can be viewed on a different monitor. Spread the wealth out so it can be seen and used from anywhere.

You can already do that. Just drag the title bar of the window (Globals, Locals, Errors, etc) over to your second monitor.

before doing that make sure that Docking is not locked -- see View->Lock Docked Windows And Toolbars.
