What is the best method for developing against a MSSql database?

mssql has an excellent GUI client tool, so all DB-related operations should be done in it. When you develop php scripts, you can use either ODBC or MSSQL native extension. Read php manual on what functions are avalable and how they are supposed to work.

The PHPed wizzards only appear to work with MySql and Postgres. How do I develop the PHP against MsSql. I can deal with the database management but would like to use the other delelopment wizzards againg MsSql.
