Mistake at run with parameters

At start of a script with parameters GET, POST, COOKIE (Run-> Parameters) work only GET and POST.

it's obvious that COOKIE works for the embedded browser only. With external one, there is NO way to urge it to run a request with your cookie.

I'm use embeded browser but with remote debuging. And _COOKIE set as empty array or with set DBGSESSID only.
