Minor bug with Help

I found two minor bugs with the Help for Code folding:
1) With the Settings dialogue box open on the Code folding tab, the Help button does nothing.
2) Pressing F1 does bring up a list of settings topics, but the list excludes the Code folding topic.

PhpED build 5028.
