Does NuSphere make any logs regarding file uploads/downloads?

I need to go back and see if a certain file was downloaded and at what time, but have no idea where to look.

When I said log, I meant a txt file or something.

I clear the Transfer window often because I work with thousands of files daily.

probably your server logs the activity. It's server's task btw.
