Hi
I have been using the debugger to try help me get my head around an application I work on for a client of mine.
It uses OOPHP but as its built to be backward compatible with php4 it does not work the way I would perhaps find easier to understand with the newer ways in php5.

Nonetheless using the debugger lets me see how the various classes and components find and load each other. There a lot of files and classes all pulled in at runtime.
It is a very complex program (its an eshop) and I find that about half way through the run of the application stepping through in debugger that the local and global views suddenly go blank, new files that are then loaded in, show their objects/variables/globals etc but the ones loaded and running from the initial load of the debugger suddenly stop.

Is this a bug or is there a limit?
I would have thought if the server can run the app then the debugger could too- after all they hold the same values in memory.
thanks
K
