What is the problem with the debugger though? You said it breaks- could you please give more details? Thank you very much!

It breaks with a PHP warning, can not remember which but when I run the script without the debugger, I get no warnings.
This warning causes the javascript used for xajax, not to be executed. Maybe it is just a matter of setting the error levels right for the internal viewer ? (do not display warnings). |

Right, it's better to keep display_errors = Off, log_errors = On and error_log pointing to a file where php will log errors to.
BTW, with debugger you might run different installation of php and therefore settings were different too. Please check with phpinfo(). |

Once again Thanks.
PHPEd is such a nice editor, I am so looking forward to PHPEd 5 with integrated NuCoder support, and hopefully a licensing system for nucoder. I am checking the Nusphere website dayly for some positive news |
