Is it possible to compile Files with LESS?

Is it possible to compile Files with LESS?
And then send by FTP from my local Computer to Server.
I know, that there is syntax Highlighting for LESS but dont find a possibility for compiling.
I am using PHP Ed 18.

PhpED does not have LESS compilation built in.
