why this fonctionnality doesn't exist ?

in NetBeans, if CTRL + SPACE, there are a list of method for ArrayAccess available


idem for CTRL + SPACE in Class,
no list for Magic Method... (__construc(), __toString()) and getter/setter

no refractor...

so, when ??
