Installing NuSphere Technology Platform

I've never installed NuSphere Technology Platform 3.0.1. When I click either install option leaving all options as selected a message appears stating ' Port is in use! Shutdown or uninstall the running Web server.'
It is set as port 80.

I am running Windows XP Pro.
Can someone tell me what I need to do.

try out TechPlatform 3.2 available with phped evaluation version.
