installing DBG on a remote server

Hi,
Just a question,I have just moved my website to a remote host,and obviously I'm having few problems with some scripts that were running ok on my server IIS6 and I need a debugger,how can I install DBG and copy the module into extension_dir directory on that remote server as I have not control on the PHP remote folder?
