Insert HTML Color should detect when we are on a #color

When put the cursor in one HTML color code like #FFFFFF I think the Insert HTML Color toolbar button dropwindow should have that color selected and we could change it easily within the current controls for inserting HTML colors.

... and it should intelligent handle, if there is allways an # and doesn't insert a second one!
