Hi, I can't find this anywere... how long does it take to be able to download a purchased product?
I have just bought phped professional with paypal but can't find the download anywere

Normally you'll get an order processed mail in a matter of minutes, depending on your payment method. All your products are downloadable in the shop under My NuSphere > My Products on the left (your serial number is behind the relevant product.

So, probably I guess I have to wait that they process it manually to make me able to download the product.

My last renewal paid via PayPal was processed in less than 20 minutes. Perhaps it takes longer for new customers, no idea. If you don't get confirmation anytime soon I would just mail the support department (or perhaps sales) and ask.
