On the tool bar, the "Window" menu option opens up and shows a list of all opened files. Would it be possible to add an * besides the filenames of files which have unsaved changes? I think such a feature would be VERY handy if you have a huge list of files open.

Agree completely - I was going to suggest this myself. When I get more files open than the window can display at once as tabs, I rely heavily on the menu, and being able to see what is or isn't saved is useful. When working in remote mode, I'd also like to be able to see (in the menu, in the tabs, and in the workspaces tab) whether a modified file has been uploaded.
