Importing FTP account

One problem that a lot of people seem to have is in multi developer enviroments that FTP accounts are a problem, one simple solution might be to create a way to import FTP account, this way all FTP account can be manager centrally and then imported by users.

This seems an manageable solution for FTP accounts in a multi-developer enviroment.
