Import .xsd file to nusoap.php

How to import an .xsd file into nusoap.php code.
for example:
<xs:import namespace="http://www.../.../schemas/bsmfcon" schemaLocation="bsmfcon.xsd"/>

any help?

p/s: i’m using php4. cannot upgrade to php5 because this is an old server, many system runs on it.
