I uninstalled my Dreamweaver and installed my nusphere and I dont have the proper icons for .cc .js .xml .xsl and so on in nusphere. How do I get those back? (reinstall didnt work)

NuSphere PhpED does not install icons for those file extensions.
You may set File Types in Windows Explorer, if you want:
Tools->Folder Options->File Types tab, scroll to the extensions you want to change associated application for and click Change.
