I find the new (phpEd 5.2+) way of switching between the list of open files very annoying. Is there a way to switch back to arrrows?

Agreed. I would like to know how to switch back to the arrows as well.

Not to be difficult , but I quite like the list of files in alphabetical order to quickly find what I want.

Well then let's have an option somewhere. But it can't stay like that, it's really annoying.

Come on folks, this really sucks. You can't just change something like this just like that. It's a huge pain in the ass when you work with 20+ opened and carefully arranged files.

I second this.
When you have many files open (and you're used to arrows) simple drop down doesn't do jack to ease navigation.

I agree to this as well, it really is quite anoying, I would like to see it support 3 modes, and make it optional in the project settings.

1) Have left & right arrows, and scroll tabbed files.
2) Current design in 5.2 (have down arrow option)
3) Have it like ultraedit (and tabsplus for firefox) does it, where its multi-lines of tabs, no scrolling.
