I'd like to debug ioncube encoded file where ioncube seems to audit files loaded into php engine and cathing the content without any explicit function calls. Will your debugger be useful for this purpose? Can it debug extensions like that?

no, you will not be able to debug the encrypted ioncube files, but you will be able to debug all of the other code that is not ioncube-d. php knows nothing about the copy protection schemes that ioncube uses.

i recently got dbg working with an ioncube app, and am able to debug all the files but the encrypted ones.
