How much stand alone is it?

Considering to purchase PhpDock, but I need to know the level of standalonenness(made up word Razz) of my applications.

Say I built a ZIP Code(Postal Code) search app. with a database and couple of tables. If I PhpDock it, can any MS Windows user run it on their PC? Without needing to install and setup PHP and MySQL on their local machine?
