CSE Validator being bundled with PHPED is already integrated and Validates all the HTML files and php output you work with.

As soon as you open an HTML file in the editor, it will be validated and all errors found will be underlined.
To validate an HTML file without opening it, you may want to right on it and select CSE HTML Validator->Validate->Validate Html. All errors will be shown in the Log window in this case.
