how do i turn off html validator

I don't use the validator but can't for the life of me see where i can turn it off so that it doesn't have popup box everytime i open files or run debug.

HTML Validator - Cannot Validate:

Cannot perform the validation because there are no user ddefined tag names.....

Did you uninstall CSE HTML Validator?
If you do not need it, make path to "CSE Validator" empty in Tools->Settings->Tools.
