Hotkey to always run index.php

Is there a way I can have a hotkey to run index.php while I am editing another progam (ie, another file window is current in the editor)?

Well, I am not sure it is always obvious - what if you have mulitple index.php files open from different projects in one workspace? This sounds more like "Favorites" feature
