I put a chm file ,which is multi-byte character encoding, in help subdirectory.and then restart phped, the help file contents index display correctly in the help tab. but next time I start phped, the mutil-byte character in the help tab can't display with the right encoding. What is happed?

I think the problem with HELP tab is already fixed in build 3386.
At least I know that we fixed a very similar problem when some KOI-8 characters were wrongly saved after program restart.
